Espresso Martini with Baileys
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream Liquor
- 2 ounces Vodka
- 4 ounces Espresso
- coffee beans for optional garnish
- Place the ice cubes into a shaker glass.
- Pour the Baileys, vodka and espresso into the shaker glass.
- Shake the mixture until chilled and combined well.
- Strain the mixture into two separate martini glasses.
- Garnish with coffee beans before serving if desired.
