Let us begin:
- Fully clean and cut the head of the cauliflower into small florets.
- Take your blender and fill half of it with cauliflower florets.
- Fill the whole container with water and close the lid.
- Switch your blender on and watch what is happening. You are transforming all the cauliflower florets into the proportionate size of rice-like grains in no time.
- Pour the mixture through a strainer to get rid of all the water.
Ta da! Now you have cauliflower rice! Transfer it to a glass container and store.
