Instructions
In a large shallow bowl, let’s start by adding the ripe mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and cilantro.
Sprinkle salt and drizzle lime juice. Mix until well-combined.
Best chilled for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
