Instructions
Hull strawberries then cut each piece into 4 slices. Reserve 12 blueberries and 8 slices of strawberries as topping.
Properly wash and dry blueberries and strawberries. Set aside.
In a large shallow bowl, combine chilled yogurt and confectioners’ sugar. Transfer the yogurt mixture evenly into 4 silicone molds, leaving ⅓ space on top.
Push the remaining blueberries and slices of strawberries into the yogurt mixture. Top each yogurt mixture with 3 blueberries and 2 slices of strawberries.
Gently transfer filled silicone molds into an airtight container. Freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Remove frozen yogurt from the silicone molds. Transfer to a serving plate and top with coconut chips, if using.
Serve and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Coconut chips are optional, but they add another texture to the creamy frozen yogurt and fruity berries.Use quality newly opened Greek yogurt and fresh berries. Frozen berries may be an alternative but may contain additional water.If you prefer a sweeter version, gradually add 1 or 2 more tablespoons pf confectioners’ sugar.If you have popsicle sticks, add them before the yogurt completely freezes, and you’ll have some fun berry yogurt popsicles.
