Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Beat powdered sugar into softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature so it will mix evenly with the powdered sugar.
Add the powdered sugar a little at a time to get the right texture and sweetness. Use more or less as needed.
Use an electric mixer to beat the frosting until it is light and fluffy.
