Ingredients

  • ½ pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl, and toss to combine well.
  • Spread the brussels sprouts into a single layer on your air fryer tray.
  • Cook at 350°F for 15 minutes. Stop the air fryer halfway through the cook time, and shake the tray well.
  • Serve garnished with additional parmesan if desired.
