Instructions
Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor or sealable bag and crush them into fine crumbs.
Transfer the crumbs to a small ramekin or mug and stir in the almond milk and baking powder until combined.
Microwave the mixture for 1 minute, adding 10-second intervals if needed until the texture is how you like it.
Use oven mitts to take it out safely and set it on a cooling rack for a few minutes before digging in.
Notes
If you want to take the cake out of the mug after cooking, make sure to grease the inside with a bit of oil or shortening first.Start checking the cake a little before the timer goes off. If it cooks too long, it can dry out. It’s best to stop when the center is still a little soft.Don’t stir too much. Once everything’s in the mug, just mix gently until the ingredients come together.
