In a small bowl, pour oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt, and black pepper. Whisk together and set aside.
Gently wash fresh berries and tomatoes. Wash green ice lettuce and remove any grit, then pat the washed ingredients dry with paper towels.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
Cut fresh basil leaves into smaller pieces.
In a large shallow bowl, assemble the mixed berry caprese salad. Lay the green ice lettuce at the bottom of the bowl. Top lettuce with blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, halved tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella. Add fresh basil and drizzle with the balsamic dressing all over the fresh fruits.
Gently toss the mixed berry caprese salad and enjoy immediately.
