Preheat Air Fryer to 380°F (190°C). Set at 45 minutes.
Place the smoked ham on a paper-lined wooden plate. Pat dry all the sides of the smoked ham. Score the top and sides of the smoked ham with a diamond pattern without cutting all the way through.
In a small bowl combine the oil and softened butter. Reserve ⅔ of the butter mixture on a separate bowl.
Transfer the scored smoked ham onto the Air Fryer tray with two parchment papers. Smother ⅓ of the butter mixture on all sides of the scored smoked ham, between the cuts, then loosely cover with foil.
Slowly insert the Air Fryer tray with the buttered smoked ham into the middle cooking chamber, near the rotisserie catch. If using an Air Fryer with a basket, place the buttered smoked ham onto the parchment-lined crisper plate. Air Fry the buttered smoked ham for 30 minutes, basting after 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the light brown sugar into the reserved butter mixture and mix to combine. Add the cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Then pour the honey and lemon juice. Mix until the honey is well-combined.
Brush the honey glaze on all sides of the ham, including between the cuts. Then return the Air Fryer tray uncovered for 10 minutes, basting after 5 minutes.
Increase the Air Fryer temperature to 396°F (202°C), baste the ham, and continue to Air Fryer for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
