Pre-heat Air Fryer at 370°F (188°C). Set at 16 minutes.
Cut baby bananas into four, lengthwise.
Gently lay 1 lumpia wrapper on a large plate. Using a square wrapper, it should look like a diamond or 2 triangles. Lightly brush with water.
Place 1 slice of baby banana and 1 strip of jackfruit at the center then sprinkle some light brown sugar.
Fold each side of wrapper then roll. Seal by lightly brushing some water.
In a small bowl, mix the remaining light brown sugar with 1 tablespoon water. No need to completely dissolve.
Drizzle some light brown sugar glaze on top of lumpia rolls (turons). Do this for the remaining nino banana, making 16 lumpia rolls (turons).
Gently transfer the 16 rolls onto two Air Fryer trays. Lightly brush with oil. Flip each roll and lightly brush with oil.
Slowly insert tray into the middle cooking chamber, near the rotisserie catch.
Turn each roll halfway through.
Remove Air Fryer trays once the lumpia wrappers are golden in color.
Arrange on a platter, serve as is, or pair with your favorite ice cream for a delightful Turon à la Mode during summer.
