Notes
This Air Fryer recipe uses an Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer Oven. Not all Air Fryers cook the same way. It’s best to keep watch during your initial tests after purchasing. You’ll need several pieces of toothpicks soaked in cold water. Preferably 2 toothpicks per shrimp. Thoroughly dry toothpicks with paper towel, before using.10 pieces of bacon-wrapped shrimp fits perfectly in the Air Fryer tray, allowing enough space for air to flow and each bacon to crisp up perfectly. TIPS:If you will not close the door while flipping the bacon-wrapped shrimp, the Air Fryer temperate might change. Close the door after removing the Air Fryer tray and while turning the food. Soak toothpicks in cold water at least 15 minutes. Thoroughly dry with paper towel before using.
