Notes
This Air Fryer recipe uses an Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer Oven. Not all Air Fryers cook the same way. It’s best to keep watch during your initial tests after purchasing. If you don't have an air fryer, the muffins can be baked in a 350°F oven until they test done, about ten minutes.TIPS:Egg white mixture fits perfectly in 4 silicone muffins without filling to the brim.Parmesan cheese provides enough saltiness but if you prefer salty food, you can adjust the kosher salt.
