Espresso Martini with Baileys

Come and enjoy a delicious espresso martini made with Bailey's! it’s the perfect way to end dinner or just enjoy while lounging on the couch.

Ingredients

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream Liquor
  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 4 ounces Espresso
  • coffee beans for optional garnish

Instructions

  • Place the ice cubes into a shaker glass.
  • Pour the Baileys, vodka and espresso into the shaker glass.
  • Shake the mixture until chilled and combined well.
  • Strain the mixture into two separate martini glasses.
  • Garnish with coffee beans before serving if desired.

Notes

Choose your favorite espresso and freshly grind the coffee beans for the best flavor.
Use Bailey's Original Irish Cream. While other flavored liqueurs can be substituted, the taste just won't be the same.
Make it with decaf espresso if you are sensitive to caffeine and don't want to be up all night.
Freshly brewed coffee from an espresso machine is recommended. The coffee flavor will be much bolder than an instant coffee.
Pour each serving into a chilled martini glass. This will help the drink to be perfectly cool when served.
