Get your pizza dough ready to receive the toppings.
With a spoon, spread the tomato sauce over the pizza base evenly.
Add the toppings: carne asada pieces, a drizzle of olive oil, tomato cubes, cheese, chili pepper and oregano.
Bake for 10 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven, drizzle the desired amount of tamarindo sauce and sprinkle fresh cilantro leaves. Serve immediately.
