Notes
AIR FRYING NOTES:This recipe was developed using an Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer Oven, but you could use a regular oven or toaster oven at about 395°F. Not all appliances cook the same way. It’s best to keep watch during your initial tests after purchasing. The Air Fryer temperate might change if you do not close the door while removing the first batch of Air Fried puff pastry and adding the new batch. It’s best to close the door and manually adjust the timer as needed.TIPS:Quality ingredients are essential. Newly opened brie, thawed but still cold puff pastry, and fresh rosemary will create a delightful puff pastry snack or appetizer that is a sure crowd pleaser.
