Ingredients

Add yeast, warm milk, and a pinch of sugar to a small bowl. Allow it to sit for five minutes.

Whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt in a medium bowl. Add yeast mixture and melted butter.

Knead into a dough then form into a ball.

Cover and let dough rise in a warm place to double in size.

Make the filling by mixing brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.

Roll the prepared dough into a rectangle

Brush on softened butter and sprinkle the cinnamon mixture evenly over top.

Roll the dough into a log shape. Cut into 4 equal rolls and bake.
