Recipe For Cream Of Potato Soup

Russet potatoes Butter Onion Celery Garlic Milk (or cream) Vegetable broth  Fresh rosemary Fresh thyme Salt and pepper


Melt butter in a small pot or saucepan over medium heat.

Add onions and celery. Sauté until beginning to soften.

Stir in garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.

Pour in the milk and broth.

Add the potatoes.

Stir in the remaining seasonings.

Remove from the heat and allow to thicken slightly before serving and enjoy!
