Thanksgiving or Halloween Pumpkin Eggs

these eggs with pumpkin-shaped centers are here to steal the show this holiday season.

They add an instant touch of fall to any table.

INGREDIENTS: large eggs mayonnaise Dijon mustard fresh lemon juice paprika salt mini sweet pickles

Slice eggs in half lengthwise.

Remove yolks and place them into a bowl.

Add the mayonnaise and dijon mustard.

Squeeze lemon juice into the bowl.

Pour in the paprika and salt. Stir and mash with a fork until smooth.

Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture by piping them into pumpkin shapes. Cut the tips of the ends off of the gherkins, and place onto the eggs to form the stems of the “pumpkins”.
