Honey Butter Fried Chicken

Each crispy piece is fried to perfection and then drenched in a sweet sauce.

Honey butter sauce is drizzled over the chicken just before serving.

INGREDIENTS: chicken tenderloins cornstarch flour sparkling water garlic powder onion powder salt and black pepper vegetable oil for frying butter honey soy sauce

Place the chicken tenderloins and sparkling water into a mixing bowl. Dump in flour.

Add in the cornstarch.

Add onion powder.

Add garlic powder. Mix well to coat chicken with wet batter.

Fry the chicken in the heated oil by carefully adding each piece to the hot oil.

Fry until golden brown and cooked through. Drain each on paper towel lined plate.

While the chicken is frying, add the butter to a skillet over medium heat.

Add the honey.

Stir in the soy sauce.

Drizzle the sauce over the chicken, and toss to coat before serving.
