Ground Pork Stir Fry

With just a few ingredients and minimal cooking time, you can have a delicious meal on your table in no time.

It combines the savory goodness of ground meat with an array of vegetables

INGREDIENTS: ground pork mushrooms onion cucumbers ginger garlic bok choy (or celery)  spinach soy sauce vinegar cooking oil

Cook ground pork in a large skillet over high heat. Add soy sauce.

Add the onions and mushrooms and sauté until softened.

Add the cucumber, bok choy, spinach, and ginger. 

Add garlic, vinegar, and more soy sauce.

Cook until greens are wilted. Adjust seasonings if needed.
