Garlic Butter Steak Bites

This is not only a mouthwatering dish but also incredibly easy to make.

It combines the rich flavors of garlic and butter with tender pieces of steak, creating a burst of savory goodness in every bite.

INGREDIENTS: butter sirloin steak salt & pepper green bell pepper minced garlic parsley

Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes. Season the pieces with salt and pepper on all sides.

Cook the steak bites in hot butter in an even layer, undisturbed, for 2 to 4 minutes, to get a good sear on the steak.

Stir and brown each side, being careful not to overcook. Remove the steak bites to a plate to keep warm.

In the same skillet, add additional butter. Toss in the bell pepper and cook for about 2 minutes, until the bell pepper is lightly browned. Add the fresh garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the steak back to the large skillet and toss to coat.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired, and serve.

Enjoy!
