Egg White Frittata Muffins

Ingredients

In a heated oiled skillet over medium heat, sauté onions until translucent. Add in red and green bell peppers. Sauté bell peppers until crisp-tender. Set aside.

Add salt, ground white pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl with egg whites. Vigorously beat egg whites until seasoning has been well-blended.

Pour heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese.

Add in cooked onion and bell peppers. Whisk together well.

Gently place an oven-safe pan onto the Air Fryer tray. Place silicone muffins on the pan. Evenly pour the egg mixture on each silicone muffin.

Bake the frittata muffins in the Air Fryer (or preheated oven) until the top is golden. Inserted toothpick in the middle should come out clean.
