Roasted Cabbage Steaks

Warm and comforting, these roasted cabbage steaks will become a favorite side dish!

Cabbage steaks are just thick slices of cabbage.

INGREDIENTS: cabbage olive oil garlic salt and pepper fresh parsley

Arrange cabbage slices on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and minced garlic using a brush. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top.

Roast, flipping slices once, until tender.

Transfer to a serving platter, if desired.

Cabbage should be golden brown with slightly charred edges.

Serve as a side. It pairs well with grilled meat and other vegetables.
