Single-Serving Biscuit Breakfast Casseroles

These mini casseroles combine a fluffy biscuit, breakfast sausage, eggs, and cheese for the perfect breakfast.

You can have this yummy casserole on your table start to finish in 30 minutes.

Press a refrigerated biscuit into the bottom of two well-greased ramekins.

Whisk together the eggs and heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the ground sausage to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until the meat is completely browned.

Layer half of the meat into each of the ramekins.

Pour the egg mixture evenly into the ramekins.

Sprinkle the tops of the ramekins with cheese.

Serve and enjoy!
